The 19th Judicial Circuit Victim Rights Coalition was formed in 1999 to plan events for National Crime Victims’ Rights Week throughout the circuit.

It has grown from a small group of victim advocates to a registered 501c3 non-profit community coalition comprised of victim service providers, law enforcement agencies, survivors and community volunteers who are dedicated to protecting the rights of victims within the criminal justice system, advancing awareness and providing education of victim rights.

The Victims’ Rights Coalition also provides emergency financial assistance to victims of crime in Indian River, Martin, St. Lucie and Okeechobee Counties.
